Introduction

DE C.V., a company duly incorporated under the laws of United Mexican States, registered in the Public Registry of Commerce with commercial folio N-2019009721, with its address at Boulevard Lázaro Cárdenas No. 674, Interior 4, Colonia Jardines del Lago, Mexicali, Baja California (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," "us," and similar, or the "Company") and is managed by Pesix, S.A. de C.V., a company duly incorporated under the laws of United Mexican States, registered in the Public Registry of Commerce with registration number: 2024017777, registered address Xochicalco 589, int 206, Vertiz Narvarte, Benito Juarez, 03600, Mexico City and address: Quad Central, Q3 Level 3, Triq I-Esportaturi, Zone 1, Central Business District, Birkirkara, CBD 1040, Malta.

2.2 Unless otherwise indicated in this section below, this Website and all games and services offered through it are provided by UNOCAPALI LA PAZ OPERADORA, S.A. DE C.V., an operator authorized and regulated by the General Directorate of Games and Draws of the Ministry of the Interior, under office DGJS/1580/2021 dated August 30, 2021, under permit number DGAJS/SCEVF/P-06/2005-Ter allowing gaming activities in Mexico, and you are contracting exclusively with UNOCAPALI LA PAZ OPERADORA S.A. DE C.V. for the provision of the same.

2.3 The terms "you," "your," and similar refer to you, the person using the Website. The term "customer" may refer to you or other users of the Website, as applicable in each context.

Geographical restrictions

3.1 In compliance with the current gaming regulations in United Mexican States, our services are available only to residents of that country who are over 18 years old. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your actual location.

3.2 You must not open an account or otherwise use our Website if you reside or are currently outside the United Mexican States.

4.8 You must keep your access credentials secure and confidential. 4.12 We may close your account at any time and at our sole discretion. We will fulfill all valid contractual obligations we have already incurred or assumed, subject to the Terms and Conditions. We will refund the real money balance in your account (subject to the sections of these Terms and Conditions governing withdrawals from your account and once any pending bets at that time have been settled), but you will lose all bonuses, bonus money, and other incentives.

Deposits into your account

5.1 To participate in real money betting on our Website, you must deposit (transfer) sufficient funds into your account, which you can use to place bets. Your account includes two separate balances: the real money balance to store the real money you deposit and win, and the bonus balance to store the bonus money we grant you or you win as part of a promotion, with such bonus money being subject to withdrawal restrictions until the promotional conditions are met.

5.2 To deposit funds into your Account, you can use any of the instruments specified on the Website's deposit page. We do not accept cash or check deposits. We will not grant you any loan or similar service, either in real money to deposit into your account or as credit.

Withdrawals from your account

6.5 You are solely responsible for reporting your winnings, withdrawals, and/or other benefits to the tax authorities or other local authorities, as well as paying all taxes, fees, and similar payments due. Betting and games

7.1 You acknowledge that betting is not a way to win or invest money. You acknowledge that the outcome of your bets is random, determined by a random number generator or an external event, and that by using the Website you can both win and lose money. Revoking an indefinite self-exclusion will take effect after a seven (7) day cooling-off period. We reserve the right to delay or reject your request to reduce or revoke your self-exclusion. Identity verification and other checks

9.1 We may carry out certain verification procedures and other checks to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions, prevent the use of our services for money laundering and terrorist financing, detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activities, limit our exposure to risk, and as required by applicable law (hereinafter, "Checks").

9.2 To carry out our checks, we may request documents and information from you, monitor and assess your activity on the Website and your transactions, obtain information about you from third parties and open sources. Our checks may be carried out repeatedly and continuously.

9.3 You must promptly provide us with all documents and information we may request and assist us in carrying out our checks, without undue delay and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of our request. We may close or limit your account until you provide the requested documents, information, and assistance. If you do not do so to our reasonable satisfaction within the above time frame, we may confiscate your winnings, terminate our business relationship with you, and return the remaining balance of your account. We may also withhold any payment to/from your account until the checks are completed to our satisfaction.

9.4 In particular, but not limited to this, we may ask you to provide proof of your age and identity (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license), proof of your residential address (utility bill), proof of your source of wealth and source of funds (bank statements up to 6 months, screenshots of an e-wallet account, pay stubs, and invoices). Also, depending on your level of transaction activity, we may need to request additional information and documentation in terms of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Your refusal or failure to comply with the above will entitle us to suspend the services. This procedure is carried out in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and legal anti-money laundering requirements, and you agree and acknowledge that withdrawals may be limited or suspended if you do not comply with sending documents required by anti-money laundering laws.

9.5 All documents you provide must be valid and with all data clearly visible. We may ask you to provide a photograph or a recording of yourself holding the document, conduct live interviews, or request that the documents be provided as certified copies. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any document where we have reasonable doubts about its validity or discover any indication of tampering.

Politically exposed persons

10.1 You must immediately inform us if you are, have been in the past twelve (12) months, or become a Politically Exposed Person or a relative of a Politically Exposed Person as defined below. You should also provide this information when asked to confirm whether you are a Politically Exposed Person. Refer to this section for more information and applicable rules.

10.2 A "politically exposed person" or "PEP" means an individual who is or has been entrusted with prominent public functions, including members of their immediate family or persons known to be close associates of such individuals, but not middle or junior ranking officials. The term "politically exposed person" should be applied broadly and generally includes all individuals who perform a prominent public function. It will include individuals holding a prominent public function, meaning not middle or junior ranking officials, including, but not limited to:

• heads of state, heads of government, ministers, and deputy or assistant ministers;
• members of parliament or similar legislative bodies;
• members of the governing bodies of political parties;
• members of supreme courts, constitutional courts, or other high-level judicial bodies;
• whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances;
• members of courts of auditors or boards of central banks;
• ambassadors, chargés d'affaires, and high-ranking officers of the armed forces;
• members of the administrative, management, or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises;
• directors, deputy directors, and members of the board of an international organization;
• This includes those holding such a position in Mexico or abroad, but it is not an exclusive list.

Furthermore, you should identify yourself as a PEP for at least 12 months after the date you cease to have a public function.

A "family member of a PEP" includes, but is not limited to: a PEP's spouse or a partner recognized by national law as equivalent to the spouse, PEP's children and their spouses or partners, PEP's parents. A "close associate of a PEP" includes the following: an individual who is a beneficial co-owner of a legal entity or legal arrangement or has any other close business relationship with a PEP; an individual who is the sole beneficial owner of a legal entity or legal arrangement established for the benefit of a PEP.

Inactive accounts

11.1 If you do not log into your account for an uninterrupted period of one hundred eighty (180) days, your account will be designated as inactive, and an administrative fee of 100 MXN will be charged from the real money balance of your account each month until you log into your account or until your real money balance reaches zero (0).

11.2 Your account will not be considered inactive if you have self-excluded or if we have excluded you from gambling. The administrative fee will not be charged if your account balance is zero or negative. Upon your justified request, we will refund the amount of the administrative fees if you have been unable to gamble for medical reasons.

11.3 We will notify you by email (or other verified means of remote communication) 30 days before your account is to be designated as inactive, reminding you of the consequences and offering you to withdraw the funds from your account balance.

11.4 If your account is inactive and your balance is zero (0), we may close it at our sole discretion.

Prohibited activities

12.1 You will not perform or attempt to perform any of the activities listed below:

12.1.1 Collude, coordinate, cooperate, or share information with third parties, including other Website customers. Collusion is defined as any agreement or concerted conduct between two or more third parties aimed at gaining an unfair advantage over other customers, third parties, or the Website;

12.1.2 Provide us with false, incomplete, or outdated information, or otherwise attempt to circumvent our checks, or engage in any other fraudulent activity;

12.1.3 Use any technical means to alter or conceal information about yourself (such as a VPN), or otherwise attempt to circumvent any restriction, filtering system, blocking, security measure, or other limitation imposed by the Website;

12.1.4 Use unfair advantages or influences, cheat, exploit a software glitch, loophole, or error, use bots and other devices that distort the game;

12.1.5 Use betting patterns or strategies, such as equal bets, zero or low margin bets, minimal risk bets (simultaneously betting on "black" and "red"), hedge bets, or place bets in a way that, in our opinion, abuses the system, guarantees a profit, or minimizes risk;

12.1.6 Use our services to engage in, plan, assist, or conceal any criminal activity, including using our services to launder money or finance terrorist activities;

12.1.7 Use the Website for any purpose considered defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or offensive, use any abusive or aggressive language or images, including towards other customers or our staff;

12.1.8 Gain unauthorized access to the Website or interfere with its normal operation (including its technical infrastructure, database, or any other software) in any way, including through denial of service attacks, releasing or spreading viruses, worms, logic bombs, or similar, deleting or altering any information posted on the Website;

12.1.9 Perform any action that may harm or discredit the Website.

12.2 Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may be reported to the relevant authorities if we have reason to suspect that such a breach may constitute a crime or other illegal act.

Aborted games and other exceptional circumstances

13.1 While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that our games run smoothly and error-free, it is possible that in some circumstances a game may be canceled, aborted, or interrupted due to a technical error, failure of your Internet connection, or other circumstances beyond our control.

13.2 If a game you are playing is interrupted due to a telecommunications system failure or a failure of your computer system that prevents you from continuing the game, once the system is restored, your participation in the game will continue, whenever possible, from the moment before the interruption. If such restoration is impossible, or if a game you are participating in fails or is affected by an error, all your bets affected by such circumstances will be canceled and refunded to your account balance, along with any credit accumulated at that time.

13.3 In certain circumstances, we may erroneously accept your bet, credit your account, or make another transaction by mistake. In all such cases of errors, we will return your bet (or other erroneously charged amount) to your account, all winnings derived from such an error will be voided, and all winnings or other amounts erroneously credited to your account will be withdrawn. If you manage to withdraw any amount erroneously credited to your account, such an amount will constitute your debt to us, and we, without limiting our other rights under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, may set off such debt against your account balance.

13.4 You agree that, in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the game server, the result displayed on the game server will prevail. You acknowledge and agree that our records will be the sole and sufficient evidence to determine the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

Breach of the Terms and Conditions

When we close your account under this section 14.2, all your pending bets will be canceled, all bonuses, other incentives, and all winnings derived from them will be voided, all winnings obtained by you in connection with your breach (or while breaching) the Terms and Conditions will be confiscated, and the remaining real money balance in your account (if any) will be refunded to you, subject to the withdrawal rules of these Terms and Conditions.

14.3 In exceptional cases, when your breach of these Terms and Conditions jeopardizes the proper functioning of the Website or its substantial part, when your breach jeopardizes the rights and interests of our other customers or third parties, or when your breach involves fraud or other criminal activity, in addition to what is provided in section 14.2, we may confiscate the entire balance of your account.

14.4 We may offset at any time any positive balance in your account against any amount you owe us when we settle or resettle any bet, wager, penalty, or other transaction in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Complaint procedure

15.1 The purpose of this section 15 is to inform you how to contact us regarding any complaint or dispute you wish to raise about any aspect of our services. The procedure will describe how the complaint and/or dispute is handled internally, the timelines in which you can expect a response, and the options available if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process.

15.2 If you have any problem or question regarding the Website or our services, please contact our customer service through live chat or by writing to soporte@campobet.mx . Our customer service will provide you with a response to your inquiry through the same channel.

15.3 If you feel aggrieved by the resolution of your inquiry, our decision, or another action, you may file a complaint to initiate our internal complaints procedure.

• Send your complaint from your registered email address;

15.3.2 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours. Our goal is to provide you with a substantive response to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) days from the date we receive the complaint. Depending on the complexity of the complaint, our investigation may take longer than ten (10) days and/or require additional information from you. In such a case, we may extend the investigation period by another 10 days and/or request additional information, and we will inform you of this within 10 days from the date we received your initial complaint.

15.3.3 Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the process. Your complaint may go through several internal escalation phases, where it will be reviewed by our competent staff. Please respond promptly to our communications and resolution offers that we may send you before each internal escalation.

15.3.4 At the end of our internal complaints resolution procedure, we will issue our final response, which will include information on how to escalate your complaint to dispute status with an alternative dispute resolution provider. This information is also provided below.

15.6 All services for resolving your complaints and disputes internally, through an ADR entity or the Directorate General of Gaming and Sweepstakes, are provided to you free of charge. Please note that your statutory rights to further legal and judicial remedies, including obtaining a binding judicial resolution, will not be affected by a decision of the ADR entity.

Limitation of our liability

16.1 You agree that the use of the Website's services is entirely voluntary and your sole decision. You acknowledge that you are aware of and accept all risks associated with online gambling. 16.4 We will not be liable to you for contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any loss that may arise, be considered, or alleged to have arisen in connection with:

16.4.3 your equipment or software failures;

General rules of promotions

17.1 From time to time, we may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives, such as bonus money, free spins, free bets, and the like (hereinafter, "Bonuses"). Some Bonuses may be offered to individual customers or groups of customers, at our sole discretion. Each Bonus offer is provided to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the specific rules and features of the Bonus communicated to you in each Bonus offer. 17.3 You can only have one active Bonus at a time (if you obtain a new Bonus, you will lose the original Bonus).

17.4 You will not be eligible for a Bonus if your account has a pending withdrawal request.

17.10 When we have reason to believe that you have placed a bet or series of bets (alone or together with other customers) that result in a guaranteed profit from the Bonus (regardless of the outcome of the bet), we may reclaim the Bonus, void the bet or bets, and reclaim any corresponding winnings resulting from such bet(s).

17.14 The amount of a Bonus, as well as any winnings you obtain while a Bonus is active in your account, will be credited to your account's Bonus balance, which cannot be withdrawn immediately. Once you meet the wagering requirement of your active Bonus, it will be deactivated, and the current Bonus balance in your account will be transferred to the real money balance and can be withdrawn, subject to other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

17.15 The amount of all cashback Bonuses (cashback due) is calculated using the formula: net losses on participating games from any deposit during the promotional period x % of eligible cashback at the time of request (net losses of Bonus money or jackpot winnings will not be included in the calculation).

17.16 You must request the cashback amount to be credited to your account via live chat or email, concerning each day of promotional activity, by 23:59 GMT the following day. If you do not request the cashback in time, any right to the cashback will be considered void.

17.17 Cashback is credited to your account's real balance. All credited cashback is subject to a wagering requirement of x1 before any money can be withdrawn.

17.18 Withdrawals requested before the wagering requirements are met will result in the Bonus being voided and the corresponding winnings forfeited.

17.19 When you place a bet with an active Bonus in your account (i.e., the wagering requirement has not yet been met), the amount of such bet will be taken from your account's real money balance, and any amount won from such a bet will be placed in your account's real money balance. If your real money balance is insufficient to place a bet, the amount of such a bet will be taken from your Bonus balance, and any amount won from such a bet will be deposited into your account's Bonus balance.

17.20 Unless otherwise stated: all no-deposit Bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal amount of five (5) times the original Bonus amount (e.g., for a 100 pesos Bonus, the maximum withdrawal will be 500 pesos); all no-deposit free spins are subject to a maximum withdrawal amount of 1,600 MXN; any excess amount will be voided and removed before being transferred to your account's real money balance.

• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those who are incompetent for any other reason.

26.3 To prevent match-fixing and fraud, we reserve the right to investigate the circumstances of any bet placed and the reasons justifying it, as well as to verify your knowledge of the specific markets, game rules, and other circumstances relevant to the bet in question. Sports Betting: Acceptance of bets

27.1 Bets are accepted based on the daily "odds line," a list of upcoming matches with odds and handicaps offered by us on the outcomes of events.

27.2 The odds and handicaps take into account the correlation of forces of the competing teams or players and determine the expected winnings value of the person placing the bet.

27.3 We reserve the right to modify the odds and handicaps at any time. This will not affect the conditions of any bet placed before we make such a change. 27.14 Bet delay

Sports Betting: Specific types of bets

28.1 Live or In-Play Betting

28.1.1 Live or In-Play bets are, by nature, subject to significant and sudden changes in odds as the event unfolds. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be available, and we reserve the right not to offer odds throughout the match at our sole discretion.

28.1.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to reject or void bets, even when prices are displayed on our website, if due to circumstances beyond our control the displayed prices are far from the market price at the time the bet is placed.

28.1.3 If the coverage must be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

28.2 Goalscorer

28.2.1 In the event that a match is suspended but there has been at least one goalscorer, first goalscorer bets will stand and last goalscorer bets will be void. The anytime goalscorer market for this player is settled as a winner and bets on other players are void.

28.3 Head to Head

28.3.1 Bets predict which of the participants will occupy the highest position or have better results or more points. For these bets to stand, both participants must actively participate in the event. If both participants achieve exactly the same winning result, and thus a tie, all bets will be void.

28.4.1 An Outright means betting on the winner of an event, race, or tournament. Bets predict which of the participants (3 or more) will occupy the highest position or have better results or more points. For these bets to be valid, all participants must actively participate in the event. If one or more participants do not participate in the event, the odds for the remaining participants are recalculated and settled with a reduction in odds, applying the probability of the missing participants to the remaining participants applying the same margin.

28.4.2 If a competitor/player does not start an event, race, or tournament, all outright bets on that competitor/player will be lost, unless otherwise stated in the specific sports betting rules.

28.4.3 If there are two or more winners, or a "Dead Heat" is declared in any Outright Market, your bet will be divided by the number of winners, and this new amount will be settled at full odds (excluding the stake). For example, if there are multiple winners in the English Premier League top scorer market. In our example, two players were declared winners. Your bet of 1,000 on Sergio Agüero (one of the winners) at odds of 3.50 would be settled as follows: (1,000/2) x 3.50 = 1,750 winnings.

28.4.4 The term "Any Other Player" (or Any Other Team, Score, etc.) refers to all competitors or options not named in the market.

28.4.5 The term "Others on Request" refers to any player, team, or score not quoted, etc. If you need a price for a selection not mentioned in the market, contact our Customer Service, and we will add the selections you request. In all cases, we will attempt to offer all obvious outcomes. For markets that refer to "Others on Request" where an unnamed selection is the Winner, all bets will be settled as losers.

28.5 Booking markets

28.5.1 A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player receives a yellow card plus a second yellow that leads to a red card, this counts as a total of three cards. Consequently, a player cannot receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available card data appearing during the normal play time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be considered. Cards to non-participating players (players already substituted, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) will not be considered.

28.6 Booking points markets

28.6.1 A yellow card counts as 10 points, and the red and second yellow-red as 25. The second yellow of a player leading to a red card is not counted. Consequently, a player cannot receive more than 35 points. Settlement will be based on all available card data appearing during the normal play time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be considered. Cards to non-participating players (players already substituted, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) will not be considered.

28.7 Corners

28.7.1 A corner is counted for the settlement of the respective market only if it has been executed. Corners won by teams but not executed do not count for market settlement.

28.8 Intervals

28.8.1 The first interval is considered the period between 00:01 and the end of the indicated minute as the final minute. To avoid doubt, the interval 1-15 min is considered the period between 00:01 and 15:00. The last interval of a period is considered from the indicated minute until the end of the period, as decided by the referee. To avoid doubt, the interval 30-45 min is considered the period between 30:01 and the end of the First Half. The interval 75-90 min is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of Full Time.

28.9 Moneyline

28.9.1 Moneyline means betting on a competitor or team to defeat another in an event or to be in a better position in the matchup of an event.

28.9.2 The term "The Field" refers to all competitors other than the named competitor in the Moneyline matchup.

28.10 Handicap & 1st Half Handicap

28.10.1 Handicap means betting when a competitor or team is given a virtual advantage (effectively leading by that advantage before the event starts). The winner is the competitor or team with the best score after adding the given handicap to the result. In both totals and side bets, all bets are returned when the final result falls on the handicap line (in America, this is called a "push"). The rest of the Handicap rules are set out in the specific Sports Betting Rules.

28.10.2 1st Half Handicap means betting on the team with the best score after adding the given handicap to the first half result of an event.

28.11 Over/Under and 1st Half Over/Under

28.11.1 Over/Under: bets determined by the total number of points (or goals, games, etc.) in the final result of an event. If the total is higher than the pre-set Over/Under line, the winning result is Over; if the total is lower than the pre-set Over/Under line, the winning result is Under.

28.11.2 1st Half Over/Under refers to bets determined by the total number of points in the first half result of an event. If the total is higher than the pre-set Over/Under line, the winning result is Over; if the total is lower than the pre-set Over/Under line, the winning result is Under.

28.12 Odd/Even, 1st Half Odd/Even, Single Team Odd/Even

28.12.1 Odd/Even means bets that are determined by whether the total number of points (or goals, games, etc.) in the final result of an event is Odd or Even. For all odd/even markets, zero counts as even for settlement purposes.

28.12.2 1st Half Odd/Even means the bet that is determined by whether the total number of points at the end of the first half of an event is Odd or Even.

28.12.3 1st Half bets will be void if an event is abandoned before the end of the first half. But if an event is abandoned after the end of the first half, all 1st Half bets will be valid.

28.12.4 Single Team Odd/Even means betting to predict whether the full-time result of a specific team in a match will be odd or even.

28.12.5 Any overtime or extra time added in the match will not count towards determining the result of regular time unless stated in individual market or sport rules.

28.13 Multiple Bets / Parlays

28.13.1 Multiple bets (or Parlays) are bets on a combination of two or more selections placed as one bet. If all selections win, the multiple bet wins and will be paid at the combined odds of all selections. If one (or more) selections do not win, the multiple bet loses. If one (or more) selections are postponed or voided for any reason, the odds for that selection will revert to 1.00.

28.13.2 During a match or event (in-play), if any part of the bet is rejected, the entire multiple bet will be rejected. In-play and pre-match events can be included in the same multiple bet.

28.13.3 Multiple bets will not be accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. For example, No Goalscorer and 0-0 Correct Score in the same match. Our system should reject such bets, but if accepted in error, the bets will be split equally as single bets. If you are unsure if your bet is related, please check with our customer service before placing your bet. We reserve the right to determine if bets/events are related.

28.14 Bet Builder

The Bet Builder feature gives the player the opportunity to combine selections from the same event into one betslip. If one selection that participates in a Bet Builder betslip is void/push, then the whole betslip is void/push as well, REGARDLESS of the outcome of the other selections that participate in the Bet Builder.

For example : in the match LA Lakers vs Toronto Raptors, we create a Bet Builder betslip with LA Lakers to win, Over 220,5 points in the match and Player X Over 29,5 points. In case Player X does not participate in the match, the selection for his points (over 29,5) is settled as void. Therefore, the whole betslip is settled as void as the selection participates in a Bet Builder.

Sports Betting: Changes, abandonments, and postponements

29.1 Change of venue

29.1.1 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is played on non-neutral ground or vice versa, all bets will still be considered valid. In the case of a venue change where the home team plays away or vice versa, all bets on the match will be considered void. Bets will also be considered void if the names of the home and away teams are listed incorrectly in reverse. As a general rule, the first team listed is the "Home" team unless otherwise indicated.

29.1.2 For all non-team events, if the scheduled venue is changed after the market has opened, all bets will still be considered valid unless otherwise indicated in the rules for each sport.

29.2 Time Periods

29.2.1 The advertised duration of an event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite changes in the scheduled duration unless otherwise indicated in the rules for each sport.

29.2.2 Any incident that occurs during added or injury time will be considered to have occurred at the end of regular time. For example, a goal scored in added time of the first half of a soccer match will be considered to have been scored in the 45th minute.

29.2.3 In case of violation of the general implied rules of a sport, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g., unusual period duration, counting procedure, match format, etc.).

29.2.4 In case the rules or format of a match differ from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market.

29.2.5 Unless otherwise stated, all bets will be settled based on the result at the end of regular time.

29.2.6 Settlement of markets containing a time interval will be carried out as follows. The first interval is considered from 00:01 to the start of the indicated final minute. To avoid doubt, the 1-15 minute interval is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00.

29.2.7 The last interval is considered from the indicated minute to the end of the period decided by the referee. For example, in soccer, the 30-45 min interval is considered from 30:01 to the end of the first half. The 75-90 min interval is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of regular time.

29.2.8 Bets on Player Statistics (player passes, player tackles, total player cards, player assists, player shots/shots on goal) will be settled according to the official match statistics (including overtime, if any). If the listed player is not in the starting lineup, bets will be void.

29.3 If an event does not start on the scheduled start date or does not finish within 48 hours or as specified in the specific sports rules, all bets will be canceled except for those markets that have been unconditionally determined. The reasons may include disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws, etc.

29.4 If an event starts but is subsequently abandoned and not completed within 48 hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void except for those markets that have been unconditionally determined.

29.5 If an event is not completed within the originally scheduled time, prescribed in the specific sports rules, for which an official result or a result declared by the relevant governing body of the particular event is announced, we reserve the right to consider the match officially valid. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard. The governing bodies of individual sports or events are defined by us and are available upon request.

29.6 At our discretion, we may keep open those events that have not started on time or have been postponed. All bets will remain valid if the event starts within 48 hours of the official start time.

29.7 We reserve the right to keep all bets valid and settle according to the result events abandoned after the start time and continued by the organizer within 48 hours of the official start time.

29.8 Notwithstanding the above rules, tennis matches will remain open with all bets valid until the referees or the organizing entity declare a winner. In this case, the 48-hour rule is not valid. However, in the event of a player’s withdrawal, all markets determined on the field will be settled accordingly, and all others will be declared void and null. To avoid doubt, if a tennis player withdraws before the last point is completed, the match winner market is void, but all markets related to specific sets or games that are determined will be settled accordingly.

29.9 Notwithstanding the above rules, baseball games where two teams play 2 consecutive games will be considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as played chronologically with all valid bets. To avoid doubt, if Team A plays against Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for the bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled, and the result of Game 2 will count for the bets offered on Game 2 as originally scheduled. Games will be canceled if they are not to be played on the same (local) day. For example, if they are played 24 hours later, a new game ID will be created, as there is usually a doubleheader, and starting pitchers change.

29.10 If the start time changes, we will update it after the publication of the official information.

Sports Betting: Settlement and void rules

30.1 The result of a market is settled once determined. All markets played – pre-match and live events – are paid according to the official result and after that are considered closed.

30.2 Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an event. As a mere customer service, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. We reserve the right to void settlement if a market is settled in error, which will be reflected in your balance.

30.3 Where applicable, podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any disqualification or subsequent alteration of the results. If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined according to the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of market settlement, regardless of any disqualification or subsequent alteration of the results. If no official result is available, the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of the market.

30.4 In the event of a conflict between official results and the results published in the results section of our website, the conflict will be resolved by referencing our video recording of the event in question to determine the correct result. However, if such video recording is not available, the correct result will be determined according to the result of the governing body of the event in question, as published on its official website. If the official website cannot provide the result or if the result published on the official website is manifestly incorrect, we reserve the right to make decisions or modifications to determine the final result. Our decision is binding in this regard; however, we will provide our justification for the result if requested.

30.5 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section covering the sport, the settlement of all markets will be based on the official competition rules.

30.6 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section covering the sport, opponents must start the match for “head-to-head” match bets to prevail.

30.7 When odds/prices for a draw are not quoted and the official competition rules do not determine a clear winner or the official result is a draw, the “dead heat” rules will apply. In a “dead heat,” a selection’s stake is divided by the number of runners involved in the “dead heat.” In that case, the full odds will be paid on the divided stake, and the customer will lose the rest of the stake.

30.8 When it is possible to bet on whether a specific number is odd or even, zero will count as even, and unless otherwise stated (in the market or in each sport’s rules), overtime, extra time, and extra innings will not count.

30.9 In case of uncertainty about any result, we reserve the right to suspend the settlement of any market. If the result of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay settlement until official confirmation or to void all relevant bets.

30.10 If the coverage must be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

30.11 In case of incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them at any time, even by crediting or debiting your account balance after the corresponding bet has already been settled.

30.12 If bets are settled according to the actual result of an event after an official announcement, any change due to protests, doping, etc., after 24 hours or later will not be taken into account, and all bets will be paid according to the official announcement.

30.13 We calculate the bets and their results based on the event results announced by us. We reserve the right to deviate from the official announcement of results if there is a palpable or typographical error in the announcement of the event result.

30.14 The results of events announced in the periodic press or other media cannot be the basis for filing claims or complaints against us.

30.15 In controversial situations with no precedent, the final decision is made by us, considering the betting business practice and its interests.

30.16 The maximum amount a customer can win (excluding the stake), regardless of the bet, is 1,903,419 MXN per day and 1,903,419 MXN per ticket. When bets are placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in a day of betting is determined by the day the final event of each bet is settled, not by the day each individual bet is placed.

30.17 Any decision made by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) that conflicts with the original decision sanctioned by the officials on the field (including non-decisions like allowing play to continue before reviewing the video), thus altering the understood state of the match at the time the bet was placed, will result in the voiding of all bets placed in the time period between the actual occurrence of the original incident and the final referee decision on the incident unless the odds offered in the specific bet offer are not affected by the use of VAR or have already been accounted for in the odds offered at the time of bet acceptance. The settlement of all other unrelated bet offers, including those determined by any play between the time of the original incident and the subsequent decision after VAR review, that are not influenced/altered by the VAR decision will be maintained. For resulting purposes, VAR reviews will be considered to have occurred at the time of the original incident for which VAR would eventually be used, even if play is not immediately stopped. We reserve the right to void any previously settled offer when the settlement is inaccurate following the final referee decision, provided that such a decision is made and communicated before the conclusion of the match and/or the indicated deadline.

30.18 After placing a bet, you cannot cancel or modify it. In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel or modify a bet at your request, but always at our sole discretion.

30.19 Before the event in question begins, we may void any bet, in whole or in part, if we have a reasonable suspicion that the result of your bet may be influenced by you or a third party, if you have placed a bet designed to reduce your risk, in cases of other suspicious bets, in cases of errors and malfunctions, or if necessary to avoid exposing ourselves to undue risk outside our risk propensity. If we void a bet, your stake will be refunded.

30.20 In certain circumstances, we may void bets at any time, even after the event in question has started, or after your bet has been settled. In such cases, we will refund your stake to your account balance and deduct any winnings that may have resulted from such a bet. These circumstances include:

• markets were offered when their result was evident or already known;
• prices/bets/times displayed or calculated were evidently incorrect (this includes a deviation of more than 100% in the payout compared to the market average);
• the event in question does not conform to the generally accepted format (e.g., unusual period duration, counting procedure, match format, etc.);
• the rules or format of the event in question differ from our accepted standard;
• there is no action in an event, or the event in question has not been completed or played (e.g., disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws, etc.);
• we have a reasonable suspicion of dishonesty during the event in question or unfairness in the event result;
• you attempt to circumvent our limits and risk management, e.g., by placing multiple identical or similar bets or opening multiple accounts;
• you take advantage of any public announcement or insider or non-public information to unfairly predict the outcome of your bet;
• you combine related bets;
• you actively participate in the event, e.g., as a player, referee, or manager, or have a direct or indirect relationship with individuals participating in the event, or otherwise directly or indirectly influence it;
• we experience a technical error, misconduct, or negligence affecting our odds or events offering;
• the bet is due to or related to a breach of the General Conditions.
• other circumstances where you gain an unfair advantage, reduce your risk, or possess knowledge of the event or its potential outcome superior to the general public.

30.21 Football Bet Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If the market remains open when the following events have already occurred: goals, red cards, yellow-red cards, and penalties, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If the market has been opened with an incorrect or missing red card, we reserve the right to void the bet.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If an incorrect score is entered, all markets during the time the incorrect score was displayed will be void.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial kickoff date, bets will be void.
• If team names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.

30.22 Tennis Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a player retires, all undecided markets are considered void.
• If a match is decided by a Match tie-break, it will be considered as the 3rd set.
• Each tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game.

30.23 Basketball Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial tip-off date, bets will be void.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• In the event that a match does not end in a draw but overtime is played for classification purposes, markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time.

30.24 Ice Hockey Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If the market remains open when the following events have already occurred: goals and penalties, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If an incorrect score is entered, all markets during the time the incorrect score was displayed will be void.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial face-off date, bets will be void.

30.25 American Football Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 89 seconds), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If an incorrect score is displayed, we reserve the right to void the bets for that time period.
• In the event of abandoned or postponed games, all markets will be considered void unless the game continues within the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday to Wednesday, local stadium time).
• If teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.

30.26 Baseball Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• All markets will be cleared according to the final result after 9 innings (8 1⁄2 innings if the home team is leading at that time).
• If a match is interrupted or canceled and will not continue on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.

30.27 Handball Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial throw-off date, bets will be void.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 3 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.

30.28 Volleyball Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial serve date, bets will be void.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• Official point deductions will be taken into account for all undetermined markets. Already determined markets will not take deductions into account.

30.29 Beach Volleyball Betting Settlement/Cancellation Rules:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the initial serve date, bets will be void.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that has a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a team withdraws, all undecided markets are considered void.
• Official point deductions will be considered for all undecided markets. Deductions will not be considered for already determined markets.

30.30 Settlement/Cancellation Rules for Futsal Betting:

• If the market remains open when the following events have already occurred: goals, red cards, yellow-red cards, and penalties, we reserve the right to void the bets.

• If a team withdraws, all undecided markets are considered void.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• Official point deductions will be considered for all undecided markets. Deductions will not be considered for already determined markets.

30.32 Settlement/Cancellation Rules for Rugby Betting:

• If the market remains open when the following events have already occurred: score changes or red cards, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If the market has been opened with an incorrect or missing red card, we reserve the right to void the bet.
• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not continue within 48 hours of the initial scheduled start time, bets will be voided.

30.33 Settlement/Cancellation rules for darts betting:

• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that has a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a match is not completed, all undecided markets are considered void.
• The bullseye counts as a red verification color.

30.34 Settlement/Cancellation Rules for snooker betting:

• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that has a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a match is not completed, all undecided markets are considered void.

30.35 Settlement/Cancellation rules for table tennis betting:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not continue within 48 hours of the initial scheduled start time, bets will be voided.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that has a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a player withdraws, all undecided markets are considered void.
• Official point deductions will be considered for all undecided markets. Deductions will not be considered for already determined markets.

30.36 Settlement/Cancellation rules for bowling betting:

• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that has a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bets.
• If a player withdraws, all undecided markets are considered void.

30.37 Settlement/Cancellation rules for cricket betting:

• If a match is canceled before it has been played, all markets will be deemed void unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of its original start time.
• If the match ends in a draw and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, or if the competition rules determine the winner by a coin toss or draw, all undecided markets will be considered void.
• In the event that an over is not completed, all undecided markets in that specific over will be deemed void unless the inning has reached its natural conclusion, such as a declaration or all-out.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void bets.

30.38 Settlement/Cancellation Rules for Squash Betting:

• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not continue within 48 hours of the original start date, bets will be voided.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score that significantly impacts prices, we reserve the right to void bets.
• If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.
• If a player retires, loses the match, or is disqualified, all undecided markets will be considered void.
• Official point deductions will be considered for all undecided markets. Markets that are already determined will not take deductions into account.
• If the referee awards penalty point(s), all bets on that match will stand.

30.39 Settlement/Cancellation rules for Australian betting:

• If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void bets.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not continue within 48 hours of the original start date, bets will be voided.

If team names or categories are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

Sports Betting: Cash Out option

31.1 Cash Out is available for both pre-match and live bets.

31.2 In pre-match bets, Immediate Cash Out is available from the moment the bet is placed until the official start time of the event.

31.3 In live bets, Cash Out is available from the moment the bet is placed until the market/selection is available for betting.

31.4 The played market/selection must be available and open for betting. If the selection is not available, Cash Out will not be available.

31.5 In bets with more than one selection, Immediate Cash Out is only available if all selections are available and open for betting.

31.6 If at least one selection is not available (due to the start of a match or suspension of odds), Cash Out will not be available.

31.7 If the suspended selection becomes available again, Cash Out will be available.

31.8 If the first started match ends and the selection is resolved, Cash Out will not be available.

31.9 The Cash Out value is calculated automatically in real-time based on the odds of the played selections.

31.10 The Cash Out margin is determined by the company and can be modified at its discretion without prior notice.

31.11 The Cash Out margin can be determined for a specific player and may also vary by market and differ between pre-match and live events.

31.12 Bets settled with the Immediate Cash Out option do not qualify for wagering requirements.

31.13 Management has the right to disable the Cash Out option for a specific sport/category/championship/market.

31.14 Management reserves the right to exclude a player from the Cash Out option at its discretion and without prior notice.

31.15 Cash Out of bets placed using a free bet will not be accepted. If Cash Out is accepted on a free bet, the Cash Out transaction will not be credited to the customer’s balance.

Sports Betting: Free Bet and other bonus rules

32.1 All Free Bets have a unique Bonus Code that must be activated by the customer in the "Bonus" section of the "Sports" page.

32.2 Once the Free Bet is activated, it will be visible in your account in "Betslip."

32.3 If not used within 10 days, the Free Bet amount will expire, and its amount and any derived winnings will be voided by you.

32.4 Any Free Bet must be used in its entirety on any type of bet (single or multiple).

32.5 In the event that the Free Bet is deemed a winner, only the winnings will be credited to your account. Free Bets are not returned with winnings.

33.1 American football

33.1.1 All Full-Time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled based on the final result, NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated in these rules or Market Rules). In case of a delay (rain, darkness, etc.), all markets will remain unsettled, and trading will resume once the match continues.

33.1.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled date or within 48 hours, all bets will be canceled (unless otherwise stated).

33.1.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time, full-time bets will still be considered valid if fifty-five (55) minutes of the match (professional and collegiate football) have been completed. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result. Otherwise, bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be canceled, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.1.4 The results of the first half are the sum of the first and second quarters. The results of the second half are the sum of the third and fourth quarters, including any overtime played.

33.1.5 The results of the Quarterfinals, Highest Scoring Quarter, and Double Result do not include any overtime played.

33.1.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned, bets placed on unfinished periods or quarters will be canceled. If the designated periods or quarters are completed, the bets will be valid, as will all bets on any market that has been unconditionally determined.

33.1.7 NCAA match venues are provided for reference only.

33.1.8 Unless a price for a draw is quoted, any market where the result is a draw will be void.

33.1.9 Specifically for live betting, if odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 89 seconds), we reserve the right to void the bet. If an incorrect score is displayed, we reserve the right to void the bet for that period.

33.2 Badminton

33.2.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the specified match or set. Handicap markets are based on sets or points (see the market title); Over/Under and Odd/Even markets are based on points (unless otherwise stated).

33.2.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match, all bets on that player will be void.

33.2.3 If a player (or pair) retires or is disqualified during a match, all bets will be canceled, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.2.4 If a match is postponed or suspended, all bets will remain valid if the match is completed within 48 hours.

33.2.5 The Golden Set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

33.2.6 If a team retires, all undecided markets will be considered void.

33.3 Baseball

33.3.1 All Full-Time markets, including live betting, will be settled based on the final result, excluding extra innings, except for "Who Scores X Point (Run)" and "Which Team Wins the Race to X Points," or unless otherwise stated. In Japanese or Korean baseball, a tie may be declared, in which case moneyline bets will be refunded.

33.3.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled date (or within 12 hours of the scheduled time), all bets will be canceled (unless otherwise stated). If a match is postponed or canceled before the scheduled start time, all bets will be considered void.

33.3.3 For baseball bets to be considered valid, the match must last nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is winning). If a match is suspended and completed on a subsequent day, all bets (except those unconditionally determined) will be considered void. Specifically for MLB, if a match is "called" or suspended, the winner will be determined by the score after the last complete inning (unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the match is called). Bets will be refunded if the home team ties the match and it is suspended. If a match is "called," or suspended, the winners and losers of bets (including Totals) will be official after at least 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 innings. Other markets will be void unless a winning market has already been established.

33.3.4 If a match is suspended or called in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last complete inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the match is called.

33.3.5 Bets on the first 5 innings will be settled based on the result at the end of the five innings. If the five innings are not completed for any reason, all bets will be considered void.

33.3.6 World Baseball Classic matches may end early if a team is leading by ten or more runs after the opposing team has batted in at least seven innings or if a team is leading by more than fifteen runs after the opposing team has batted in at least five innings. If this occurs, all bets will be considered valid.

33.3.7 International baseball matches (e.g., Olympic matches) may be prematurely suspended, and for bets to be valid, 6.5 innings must be completed.

33.4 Basketball

33.4.1 All Full-Time markets, including live betting, will be settled based on the final result, NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated).

33.4.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 12 hours of the scheduled start time), all bets will be canceled (unless otherwise stated).

33.4.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time, full-time bets will still be considered valid if at least forty-three (43) minutes of an NBA match, or thirty-five (35) minutes of any other basketball match, have been completed. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result. Otherwise, bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be void, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.4.4 The results of the first half are the sum of the first and second quarters. The results of the second half are the sum of the third and fourth quarters, excluding any overtime played. Except for the NBA and WNBA, where all second-half markets include any overtime played.

33.4.5 The results of the last Quarter do not include any overtime played.

33.4.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned, bets placed on unfinished periods or quarters will be canceled. If the designated periods or quarters are completed, the bets will be valid.

33.4.7 NCAA match venues are provided for reference only.

33.4.8 Unless odds for a tie are quoted, any market that results in a tie will be void.

33.4.9 Specifically for live betting, if odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bets.

33.4.10 All basketball player special markets are settled according to the relevant official source. Potential overtime(s) is/are included in the settlement of all available markets.

33.4.11 Player H2H Markets : Bets apply to regular time plus overtime (if any). If the listed player does not participate at all in the match, the bets are settled as void. In case of a tie between the players, bets are void.

33.5 Bowls

33.5.1 If a match starts but is not completed, the player advancing to the next round will be considered the winner. However, set bets will be void.

33.5.2 If a match is postponed to another day, bets will be canceled. If a match is interrupted and continues within 48 hours of the initial start time, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets will be void.

33.5.3 In case of withdrawal and abandonment by any player, all undecided bets will be void.

33.5.4 If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.6 Cricket

33.6.1 All markets do not consider super overs unless otherwise stated.

33.6.2 Penalty runs are not considered in any over or delivery markets (multiple over markets are not included in this rule).

33.6.3 Twenty20: All scheduled overs must be played for undecided markets to be settled unless the innings have reached their natural conclusion.

33.6.4 ODIs: A minimum of 90% of the assigned overs for an inning must be played at the time the bet is placed for the markets to be settled unless the innings have reached their natural conclusion.

33.6.5 If a match is canceled before it has been played, all markets will be deemed void unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of its original start time.

33.6.6 If the match ends in a draw and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, or if the competition rules determine the winner by a coin toss or draw, all undecided markets will be considered void.

33.6.7 In the event that an over is not completed, all undecided markets in that specific over will be deemed void unless the innings have reached their natural conclusion, such as a declaration or all-out.

33.7 Darts

33.7.1 Moneyline and market lines refer to the winner of the match. Handicap and Over/Under markets are based on the number of sets (unless otherwise stated).

33.7.2 If a match is postponed and does not start within twelve hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be considered void.

33.7.3 If a player does not start a tournament or match, all bets on that player will be void.

33.7.4 If a match starts but is not completed or is shortened, all bets will be considered void. If a league match starts but is not completed, combined bets will be canceled, but direct bets will be determined according to the official competition rules. Other markets will be void unless a winning selection has already been established.

33.7.5 If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.7.6 The bullseye counts as a red out shot.

33.8 Esports

33.8.1 Moneyline refers to the winner of an Esports matchup, which can be a team or an individual competitor who defeats another or finishes in a better position in a matchup.

33.8.2 Tournament winner refers to the winning team or individual competitor in the finals of an Esports tournament.

33.8.3 All markets will be determined based on the official results declared by the Esports association or the corresponding organizing body, as published on their official website. Any disqualification or subsequent modification of the results will not be considered for betting purposes.

33.8.4 If a match is postponed, all bets will be considered valid if the match resumes within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.

33.8.5 If a matchup starts but is not completed due to player disconnection or power interruption, all bets will be void.

33.8.6 If a match is replayed due to a tie, player disconnection, or power interruption, all bets will be canceled. In the case of a replay, the replayed match will be considered a new and independent market.

33.8.7 If the number of rounds/maps is changed from the original schedule, handicap and Over/Under bets will be void, while moneyline bets will remain valid.

33.8.8 All match start dates and times displayed for Esports matches are for indication purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct. Bets will stand if a match is offered with an incorrect date and/or time.

33.8.9 If the name of a player/team/tournament is misspelled, all bets will still stand unless it’s obvious that the misspelled name is the same as a different entity.

33.8.10 All markets consider overtime, unless stated otherwise in the market name.

33.8.11 If the fixture is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void all bets.

33.8.12 Where an event involves the same two players or teams playing multiple games or maps, for example “best of 3”, and one or more games or maps are not played because the result of the event has already been determined, bets on unplayed games or maps are void and stakes refunded.

33.8.13 Counter Strike:GO Rules

Where Overtime can be played, this will be included in the settlement of markets; unless the Draw participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on the statutory number of rounds.

Most map bets are based on the scheduled number of rounds excluding extra rounds played in the event of a draw. If, however, a map winner market is offered without a “draw” selection then this is settled in favor of the overall winner of the map including extra time if played.

Title-specific vocabulary:

• T / CT (Terrorists / Counter-terrorists): title specific name of Dark / Light team
• Round: Team wins Rounds to win the Map. Round is won when 1) one team eliminates the other 2) by Terrorists when they successfully detonate the bomb 3) by Counter-terrorists when the bomb does not detonate in 120 seconds from the start of the Round. First team to score 16 Rounds wins the Map.
• Overtime: In case of Map draw score, first overtime is being played in Bo6 format. In case of another draw , next overtime with the same rules will be played. This process repeats until one team wins overtime.
• Overtime rules can be tournament-specific.
• Pistol round: 1. and 13. round on a particular Map.

33.9 Floorball

33.9.1 Unless otherwise stated, all floorball bets are settled over 60 minutes of play.

33.9.2 If a match is suspended, all bets will be canceled unless an official result has been declared or a winning market has been established. If a match is postponed, bets will be canceled if not played within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

33.10 Futsal

33.10.1 All bets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 40 minutes of play (2 x 20 minutes). Overtime or penalties do NOT count.

33.10.2 If a match is postponed or suspended and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void unless unconditionally determined otherwise.

33.10.3 If a match starts before the scheduled time, only bets placed before the kickoff will be considered valid. All bets placed after the start time will be considered void, except for live bets.

33.10.4 If team names or categories are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.10.5 The Golden Set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

33.10.6 If a team retires, all undecided markets will be considered void.

33.11 Golf

33.11.1 All golf bets are settled according to the official tournament results.

33.11.2 If a player does not start a tournament or specific round, all bets on that player will be void. If a golfer withdraws or is disqualified during a tournament or specific round, all bets on that golfer will be lost.

33.11.3 If a tournament or specific round is delayed or suspended, all bets will remain valid for forty-eight hours after the scheduled end time.

33.11.4 When a tournament is shortened due to weather conditions or other external influences, bets will be settled in favor of the winner as long as eighteen holes have been played. If no play occurs after a direct bet has been placed, it will be void unless the event is played on different courses, in which case all bets will be void.

33.11.5 A player is considered to have played once they have taken the tee shot. If a player withdraws after teeing off, bets on single or 18-hole bets will be lost. If a player withdraws during the tournament for any reason, they will be considered to have finished in last place for betting purposes.

33.11.6 Playoffs to determine the tournament winner are included. Sudden death rules will apply.

33.12 Handball

33.12.1 All Full-Time markets, including live bets, will be settled based on the final result at the end of regular time. Overtime and penalty shootouts do not count for Full-Time markets unless otherwise stated.

33.12.2 If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined or an official result has been declared. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result.

33.12.3 If the match goes to a 7-meter throw-off, the "Who will score X point?" and "Which team will win the race to X points?" markets will be void.

33.12.4 Specifically for live betting, if odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 3 minutes), we reserve the right to void bets.

33.13 Ice Hockey

33.13.1 Full-Time markets may be offered as "Regulation Time Only" or "Including Overtime and Shootouts" or both. In matches decided by a shootout, one goal will be added to the winning team's score to determine the final result. All markets (except for period markets, overtime, and shootouts) are considered regulation time only unless mentioned in the market.

33.13.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 48 hours of the scheduled start time), all bets will be void (unless otherwise stated).

33.13.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, full-time bets will still be considered valid if fifty-five (55) minutes of the match have been completed. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result. Otherwise, bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be void, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.13.4 For period bets, a period must be completed for bets to be valid.

33.13.5 Third-period results do not include any overtime or shootouts that may be played.

33.13.6 Live ice hockey bets are settled based on the result at the end of regulation time (three periods). Overtime and shootout results do not count unless otherwise stated. If a market remains open after the following events have occurred: goals and penalties, we reserve the right to void bets. If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), we reserve the right to void bets. If an incorrect result is entered, all markets for the time the incorrect result was displayed will be void.

33.13.7 In 60-minute bets, a price for a draw will be offered, and in the event of a draw, bets on teams to win in 60 minutes will be lost.

33.14 Motor Sports

33.14.1 Motor Sports include, without limitation, F1, Moto GP, and A1GP.

33.14.2 Podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any disqualification or subsequent modification of the race result. If there is no podium ceremony, the result will be as declared by the relevant governing body immediately after the end of the race. Qualifying markets are based on the final qualifying positions as declared by the governing body immediately after qualifying ends.

33.14.3 If the scheduled venue is changed, all bets will be void.

33.14.4 If a race is postponed, all bets will remain valid if the race starts within forty-eight hours; otherwise, all bets will be void. If a race starts but does not finish, all bets will remain valid if an official result is declared. If no official result is declared, all bets will be void.

33.14.5 A motor race is considered to have started when the signal to start the warm-up lap is given. If a participant is not ready to start from the grid (or pit lane), bets on that racer will be lost in direct bets. If a participant does not start the official qualifying session, bets on that participant’s pole position will be void.

33.15 Rugby League

33.15.1 All Full-Time markets, including live bets, will be settled based on the final result at the end of the match. Markets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 80 minutes of play, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added stoppage or injury time but does not include overtime, penalty shootouts, or sudden death.

33.15.2 If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result.

33.15.3 First Half markets refer only to the result of the first half. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

33.15.4 In handicap bets, a draw price is typically quoted, and if the match ends in a handicap draw, then bets on each team will be losers.

33.15.5 In the event of a change of venue, bets will stand provided the change is not to the opponent's ground. In this case, bets will be void. If the opponent changes from the originally announced, all bets on that match will be void.

33.16 Rugby Union

33.16.1 All Full-Time markets, including live bets, will be settled based on the final result at the end of regular time (80 minutes). Overtime does not count for Full-Time markets unless otherwise stated. This includes any added stoppage or injury time but does not include overtime, penalty shootouts, or sudden death. Rugby Seven markets will be settled at the end of regular time (usually 14 or 20 minutes). Overtime does not count for Rugby Seven Full-Time markets.

33.16.2 If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result.

33.16.3 First Half markets refer only to the result of the first half. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

33.16.4 In handicap bets, a draw price is generally quoted, and if the match results in a handicap draw, bets on each team will be losers.

33.17 Snooker and Billiards

33.17.1 Moneyline and Handicap markets refer to the winner of the match. Over/Under and Odd/Even markets are based on the number of frames/racks (unless otherwise stated).

33.17.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match, all bets on that player will be void.

33.17.3 If a match starts but does not finish, all bets will be considered void, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.17.4 If a league match starts but is not completed, frame bets will be void, but single bets will be settled according to the official competition rules.

33.17.5 If a match is postponed, all bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time.

33.17.6 In the event of a player withdrawal or disqualification, all undecided markets will be void.

33.17.7 In the case of a settlement by reset, it remains if the result was determined before the reset.

33.17.8 Fouls and free balls are not considered for the settlement of any color market.

33.17.9 If a frame starts but is not completed, all markets related to the frame will be void unless the result has already been determined.

33.17.10 If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.18 Football - General

33.18.1 When matches are scheduled with a playing time other than the regular 90 minutes (e.g., U-17 tournaments or special periods in various tournaments or friendly matches), all bets will be settled at the end of that scheduled playing time. If less than the scheduled playing time is played, we reserve the right to suspend the settlement of all bets until the official result of the match in question is known.

33.18.2 If a football match is postponed, not played, abandoned, or suspended and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time (and the venue remains the same), the match will be void (regardless of any official decision to uphold the result). The result of all bets on suspended/abandoned matches is at the company's discretion; however, bets will stand on any market where the result is already decided. A match rescheduled to accommodate television schedules (e.g., from Saturday 3:00 pm to Sunday 4:00 pm) will not be considered postponed for this rule, and all bets will stand.

33.18.3 First Half bets apply only to the first half of play. If a match is suspended during the first half, all bets will be void. If the match is suspended during the second half, all first-half bets will still be valid.

33.18.4 We provide information (e.g., neutral field, red card, clock, statistical information, dates, start, etc.) as a service and accept no responsibility for any error. It is the customer's responsibility to know the correct information for any match.

33.18.5 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is actually played on non-neutral ground or vice versa, all bets will stand. In the event of a change of venue (the home team plays away or vice versa), all bets on the match will be void. Bets will also be void if the names of the home and away teams are incorrectly reversed (the home team always appears first).

33.18.6 For live betting, bets are allowed until the 90th minute, plus any added stoppage time, until full time for most matches (at the company's discretion). Any action other than those mentioned in the section will be considered Safe Play, and therefore all pending bets made may be considered for acceptance: play in or around the penalty spot area; a penalty; and free kicks considered dangerous by the company and offering the possibility of a goal may result in the suspension of all markets.

33.18.7 In live betting, all pending bets will be automatically rejected from the moment the referee ends the match at halftime and/or in regular time.

33.18.8 If the market remains open when the following events have occurred: goals, red or yellow-red cards, and penalties, we reserve the right to void bets. If the market was opened with a non-existent or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void bets. If odds are offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void bets. If an incorrect score is entered, all markets for the time the incorrect score was displayed will be void.

33.18.9 All odds are subject to fluctuations and are based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time (except halftime, first half, overtime, and penalty shootout markets). Markets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added stoppage or injury time but does not include overtime or time assigned for a penalty shootout. Occasionally, prices for qualification (Outright) will be offered in addition to 90 Minutes prices.

33.18.10 If team names or categories are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets. If a team plays against a different opponent than listed, the selection will be void.

33.18.19 Football - Goalscorers

33.19.1 Bets apply only to regular time. Own goals are omitted (according to the official authority) or count as "No goalscorer" if the match only has own goals. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal, all bets on listed players will stand.

33.19.2 First Goalscorer bets will be void if a player never plays or enters the field after the first goal of the match has been scored, except in the case of an own goal, which is ignored. All players who have participated in the match from the kickoff (or the previous goal in the case of Next Goalscorer) will be considered runners.

33.19.3 Last or Next Goalscorer bets will be void if a player never plays. Last Goalscorer applies to any player, regardless of the time they entered the game. Anytime Goalscorer bets apply to any player participating in the game, regardless of the time they enter the game. Anytime Goalscorer bets will be void if the player does not participate in the match.

33.20 Football - Booking Markets

33.20.1 A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player receives a yellow plus a second yellow and subsequently a red card, this counts as three cards in total. Therefore, a player cannot receive more than 3 cards in a match. Settlement will be based on all available card data shown during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be considered. Cards to non-playing participants (including players who have already been substituted, coaches, managers, bench players who have not participated in the match) will not be considered.

33.21 Football - Reservation markets Including points

33.21.1 A yellow card counts as 10 points, and any red card or second yellow/red counts as 25 points. The second yellow card for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. Therefore, a player cannot receive more than 35 points per match. Settlement will be based on all available card data shown during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be considered. Cards to non-playing participants (including players who have already been substituted, coaches, managers, bench players who have not participated in the match) will not be considered.

33.22 Football - Corners

33.22.1 Corners won but not taken do not count towards the settlement of the market. A corner is counted for the settlement of bets only if it is taken.

33.23 Other Player Specials

33.23.1 For the following player special markets, bets apply to regular time plus overtime (if any), a potential penalty shootout won’t count for settlement. Settlement applies to any player who enters the pitch unless stated otherwise on the market name (“starting line up”). In that case, If the listed player is not in the starting lineup of the match, the bets are settled as void.

33.24 Supported match formats

The possible supported formats for both prematch and live bets are 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, 3x30.

For matches with duration smaller than 50 minutes or bigger than 90 minutes, all markets will be voided. In all other cases, bets will stand normally. For format 3x30 , halftime’s duration will be calculated as ‘’Total match duration / 2’’. Our company doesn’t take any responsibility over unexpected changes on formats and eventually relevant settlement based on our rules, the risk is on client’s side and it’s included in the acceptance of the T&C during their registration.

33.24.1 Player H2H Markets : If the listed player does not participate at all in the match, the bets are settled as void. In case of a tie between the players, bets are void.

33.24.2 Player Total Yellow Cards: Any Yellow Card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown will be disregarded. In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played then all bets will be void unless settlement of bets is already determined.

33.24.3 Player Total Fouls: A foul conceded is defined as any infringement penalized as foul play by a referee that results in a free-kick or penalty event.

Offsides are not given as a foul conceded.

Incidents where a match official has played advantage and subsequently cautioned a player, do not contribute towards the total foul count for the player. In these scenarios a free-kick or penalty event must occur for a foul to be awarded.

33.24.4 Shot on Target:

A shot on target defines any goal attempt that:

a) Goes into the net regardless of intent – For goals only

b) Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper or is stopped by a player who is the last-man with the goalkeeper having no chance of preventing the goal.

Shots directly hitting the post or crossbar are not counted as shots on target, unless the ball goes in and is awarded as a goal.

Shots that are blocked by another player, who is not the last-man, will not be counted as a shot on target.

33.24.5 Shot off Target:

A shot off target defines any clear attempt to score that:

a) Goes over or wide of the goal without making contact with another player.

b) Would have gone over or wide of the goal but for being stopped by a goalkeeper’s save or by an outfield player.

c) Directly hits the post or crossbar and a goal is not scored.

Blocked shots are not counted as shots off target.

33.25 Settlement of Asian Lines

*Applies for all markets that may have asian lines as available selections across all sports (points/sets/ games/rounds/etc. may be applied instead of goals).

33.25.1 Total goals Table

Explanation of Half-won / Half-lost results: A half-won selection has half of the stake considered as won and the other half considered as void. A half-lost selection has half of the stake considered as lost and the other half considered as void.

33.25.2 2-way Handicap Table

33.26 Fast Markets / Interval Markets

• Markets will be settled based on the goal time announced by TV. If this is not available, the time according to the match clock is considered.
• Goal markets are settled based on the time the ball crosses the line, and not the time the kick is made.
• Corner interval markets are settled based on the time the corner kick is taken and not the time the corner is conceded or awarded unless otherwise stated in the market name.
• Booking interval markets are settled based on the time the card is shown and not the time the infringement is made.
• Offsides will be settled based on the time when the referee gives the decision. This rule will be applied to any video assistant referee (VAR) situation.
• Penalty markets will be settled based on the time when the referee gives the decision. This rule will be applied to any video assistant referee (VAR) situation.
• Penalties awarded but not taken are not considered.

33.27.4 If a match is postponed or suspended, all bets will remain valid if the match is completed within 48 hours.

33.27.5 First set winner (second set winner, third set winner, etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed.

33.27.6 In the event that a match is not completed, all undecided markets will be considered void.

33.27.7 If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.28 Tennis

33.28.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the specified match or set. Handicap markets are based on sets or games (please see the market title); Over/Under and Odd/Even markets are based on games (unless otherwise stated).

33.28.2 If a player does not start a tournament (outright bet), all bets on that player will be lost. In the case of match bets, all bets on that player will be void.

33.28.3 If a player (or pair) retires or is disqualified during a match, all bets will be canceled, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.28.4 If a match is postponed or suspended, all bets will remain valid if the match is completed.

33.28.5 All bets will remain valid regardless of any change of venue or court surface (including moving matches from outdoor to indoor courts or vice versa). In the event of a delay (rain, darkness, etc.), all markets will remain unsettled, and live bets will continue once the match resumes.

33.28.6 If the scheduled number of sets required to win a match is changed from the original schedule, all bets will be void except those that have been unconditionally determined and the match result.

33.28.7 First set winner (second set winner, third set winner, etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed. In all cases where a match ends before certain points/games are completed, all markets related to affected points/games will be void.

33.28.8 Game winner markets refer to the winner of a specific game, e.g., Set 1 Game 1; Set 1 Game 2, etc. If a retirement/disqualification occurs during an incomplete game, all bets will be void. If a match ends with the awarding of a "penalty point" by the referee, all bets on that match will be void (although if the match ends with the awarding of a "penalty point" by the referee, all bets will remain valid). If a match is suspended, all bets will remain valid if the match is completed within 24 hours.

33.28.9 If a match is decided by a match tie-break, it will be considered the 3rd set. Each tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.

33.28.10 If the referee awards penalty points, all bets on that match will stand.

33.28.11 If players/teams are incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right to void bets.

33.29 Volleyball and beach volleyball

33.29.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the specified match or set. Handicap markets are based on sets or points (see the market title); Over/Under and Odd/Even markets are based on points (unless otherwise stated). Bets are settled based on the official result.

33.29.2 If a team does not start a tournament or match, all bets on that team will be void.

33.29.3 If a team retires or is disqualified during a match, all bets will be void, except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

33.29.4 If a match is postponed or suspended, all bets will remain valid if the match is resumed before 48 hours expire (bets on markets where a winner has already been determined will never be void). Except for Olympic Games and World Championship events, bets will stand as long as the match is rescheduled before the closing ceremony.

33.29.5 First set winner (second set winner, third set winner, etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed.

33.29.6 The Golden Set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

33.29.7 Unless odds for a draw are quoted, in the event of a draw, any means used by the official governing body to determine the winner will count for settlement purposes.

33.30 Water Polo

33.30.1 All Full-Time markets, including live bets, will be settled based on the final result at the end of regular time (four quarters). Overtime and penalty shootouts do not count for Full-Time markets.

33.30.2 If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned and does not resume within twelve hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void except those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if the governing body declares an official result.

33.30.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first and second quarters. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

33.31 ММА

33.31.1 Round Group Betting and Winner (Fighter X):

You have to predict the winner of the match and in which round group will be For betting purposes betting on rounds or groups of rounds is for a fighter to win by KO (Knockout), TKO (Technical Knockout) or disqualification during that round or group of rounds.

In the event of a Technical Decision before the end of the fight all bets will be settled as a win by Decision.

33.31.2 Draw is scorecard draw. Technical Draw is if the referee stops the fight before the start of the 5th round, for any reason other than Knockout, Technical Knockout or disqualification. In the event of a fight being declared a No Contest all bets will be void and stakes returned.

In the event of a fighter retiring on his stool between Rounds e.g. 9 and 10, it will count as Round 9 for settlement purposes i.e. the last fully completed round.

33.32 Biathlon / Athletics

33.32.1 Outrights

• Winner : You predict that the selected player will be the winner of the tournament/event.
• H2H: You have to predict which of the two players specified in the bet will achieve the best position in the tournament/event. In case of both players either retiring or being disqualified at the same stage of the competition this bet typology will be deemed void.

Annex 1. Gamification

1. Gamification consists of 3 elements:

• Coins;
• Weekly Challenges;
• One-Time Challenges;

2. All registered users are eligible to participate in any and all elements of the gamification.

3. Coins:

3.1 The player can accumulate Coins by:

• Completing the Weekly challenges;

4. Weekly Challenges:
